Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the most common questions about visiting the practice, scheduling, and what to expect.
What conditions or services do you offer?+
Visit our Services page for a full list of treatments. If you don't see what you're looking for, please contact us — we may still be able to help or refer you to a trusted colleague.
How quickly can I get an appointment?+
We do our best to offer prompt scheduling. Call our office or reach out via the website inquiry form and we'll find the earliest available time that works for you.
Do you offer telemedicine or virtual visits?+
Virtual visits are available for select consultations and follow-ups. Please call or message us for details on whether your visit type qualifies.
What should I bring to my first appointment?+
Photo ID, a list of current medications, prior medical records or imaging if relevant, and any referral information. You can send records ahead of time so we can review before your visit. Ideally bring an Apple iOS device like an iPhone or iPad for the easiest transfer of de-identified images to your device.
Where are you located and how do I park?+
Our office is located at the address listed in the footer of the site. Visit our Practice page for parking guidance and directions.
Do you take insurance?+
Cardiolucent operates outside of insurance networks so that visit length, scheduling, and the depth of every evaluation aren't constrained by what an insurer is willing to reimburse. Members frequently submit visits for partial reimbursement under out-of-network benefits, and we provide the documentation needed to do so. Diagnostic studies ordered outside our office (advanced imaging, advanced labs) often go through your regular insurance.
What payment options are available?+
We accept major credit and debit cards, HSA/FSA, and cash payments. We can discuss possible third-party medical financing on request. Contact us for specifics.
What is your cancellation policy?+
We ask for advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can offer your time slot to other patients. Please call us as soon as possible if your plans change.
